BIO Cooking class

About thirty kilometers from Marrakech in an authentic village on the road to Amizmiz, there is an organic vegetable garden of 2,500 m² which offers a cooking class workshop 100% of Moroccan gastronomy in the heart of nature.

The space is completely dedicated to the discovery of the organic and authentic Moroccan culinary art whose roots draw from various cultures: Berber, Jewish and Arab-Andalusian, it provides a varied vegetable garden with all kinds of vegetables and herbs. we find in the Marrakech region, fresh and tasty foods which add an extra flavor to an already skilfully colored cuisine.

The chef opens the doors to his organic garden for cooking enthusiasts who will be able to find on their plates what they have admired and smelled in the gardens!
