Located 45 km from Marrakech at the foot of the High Atlas Mountains, Ourika is a green valley known for its splendid mountainous landscapes and its warm Berber population.
During this excursion you will be taken to discover these landscapes and the Berber population who live there, this population is known for its simplicity and its love for its lands and its customs.
You will also be welcomed in a Berber house to discover it from the inside and exchange with the Berber family who live there about their traditions and habits around a simple and authentic Berber breakfast. A demonstration of the baking of Berber bread and the preparation of mint tea are also scheduled.
On the way to the Ourika valley, we suggest making a stop in a pottery workshop where you will have the opportunity to discover this artisanal work which is always done by hand by master craftsmen who refuse to give up this heritage... We also propose you to open the door of the only saffron farm in the region of Marrakech.
